Speaker: Lukus Counterman - Death is an uncomfortable topic to discuss. We tend to avoid mentioning it even when its approach seems inevitable. Why is that? Well, perhaps it’s because we don’t know what to do at death’s door. Having never been there before, coming face-to-face with our own mortality can be a bit daunting. Thankfully, in Deuteronomy 34 we get a glimpse of what it looks like to approach death. We get to see how a godly man dies. So, whether you’re young or old there are lessons we can learn from Moses as he takes his last breath. May the Lord be our only hope in life and death, and may he teach us as we finish the book of Deuteronomy together.
